Educational apps for kids like AndroMaze help teach computer programming to kids to continue building programs for future generations starting at a young age. We’re happy to share this educational app with you; our friends at YogiPlay explain why:
Your child can learn computer programming by moving a green turtle around a grid. Each program can have up to 10 steps, and include two sub-programs. Players create the program by dragging arrow icons into the pre-set grid. Arrows indicate how the turtle should move for each step: forward, right, or left. Touch “go” and see if the turtle moves how you expected it to. If not, think, fix, and try again. This is a simple version of the classic children’s “logo” language in your pocket. Open ended, creative, fun, and very educational.
