Five ways to inspire creativity in kids

1. Put in place a one-two hour daily period where no high tech devices are used.
2. Carry out fun projects with your child in cooking, constructing toys, photography, etc.
3. Offer books with activities requiring solutions to puzzles, paradoxes, brain teasers, riddles and other tantalizing problems.
4. Go on walks with your child and set goals that will have you both searching for interesting objects and experiences.
5. Make a list of great discoveries and adventures and set aside a time each week, to research one of them and uncover how they came about.
