Free Apps for Kids: Operation Pearl

free-apps-for-kids

Operation Pearl is one of our recommended free apps for kids.  Our friends at YogiPlay explain why this app is worth a spin:

Kids can experiment with the concepts of trajectory and motion in this addictive game, created by a 16 year old prodigy! Bibi the bird returns in this YogiPlay-boosted app. Players try to get the bouncing pearl to hit each of Bibi’s eggs before returning the pearl to Bibi’s nest. Players use their finger to draw straight-line barriers anywhere within the game area to create various trajectories. The faster the better, with stars awarded based on time.

The fun is in the challenge of gameplay and in trying to earn more stars.

Operation Pearl is available as a free download at Barnes & Noble and on Google Play.

Our online reading program and game teaches kids all six skills needed for reading & writing success, and the first 30 days are free!  Sign up today and see why Reading Kingdom is being called “the new and better way to learn to read”.

“From the time he was in preschool, our child, Brian, craved the ability to read, but we were not sure how to teach him. Reading Kingdom’s programs showed us the way. Now Brian reads proficiently and prolifically-with full understanding. It has done wonders for his confidence in all areas of his life.” — Cristina Sperber, parent
