The best part about this recipe is that it’s completely safe for kids to help out in the kitchen and learn while doing it. With today’s recipe, children can learn about measuring, clean-as-you-go practices, and even the health benefits of the foods involved! Here’s how to make it:
1. 1 – 6 inch whole grain tortilla wrap
2. 1 cup prewashed very veggie salad greens
3. 1 teaspoon sunflower seeds
4. 1 ½ teaspoon low fat or no fat salad dressing
5. 1/4 soy sauce
1. Lay tortilla flat on plate
2. Place all other ingredients in small bowl and mix gently until combined
3. Place salad mix into center of tortilla, fold in sides and gently roll up tortilla
